I’ve been noticing a clunking noise from the front suspension of my Q7 whenever I go over speed bumps or rough patches of road, and it’s been getting progressively worse over the past few weeks. I’ve already had a quick look underneath and I can’t see anything obviously broken or leaking, but I know these cars have complex air suspension systems and multiple control arms that can wear out over time, especially with the kind of mileage I’ve been putting on it. I’ve taken it to a general workshop before for other issues and they were okay, but I’m not sure I trust them with something as specialised as the suspension on this car. I really want to find a place that has the proper diagnostic equipment and experience with Audis, because I’ve heard that using the wrong parts or not following the correct procedures can cause more problems down the line. I’m looking for Quality Audi Maintenance in Abu Dhabi, somewhere that actually specialises in these cars and can properly diagnose whether it’s a bushing, a control arm, or something else entirely. Has anyone here had suspension work done on their Q7 or similar Audi and found a specialist they’d recommend? I’d really appreciate some honest feedback before I start the process.
