A friend of mine is dealing with a disagreement with their landlord over a tenancy renewal and some unexpected charges. They tried discussing the matter directly, but neither side has been able to reach an agreement. Now they’re considering whether the Rental Dispute Center (RDC) would be the appropriate place to take the issue, but they’re unsure about the process. Has anyone here actually gone through an RDC case in Dubai? I’d be interested to hear how it worked, what documents were needed, and whether the matter was resolved quickly.

Dealing with landlord disputes in Dubai is tough, but having clear records like the Ejari and written emails helps the RDC process go smoothly. Proper paperwork is everything in these situations, much like keeping documentation sorted when working with a freight forwarding company in karachi to avoid delays. Hope your friend gets it resolved quickly!
