    Hey all. We want to change the look of our house completely: the old siding is dated, and we’d like a modern style. The house is a basic 1970s rambler that looks very dated. Can siding installation companies help with design choices, or just install what you pick?

    Hey. Good companies help. With our Seattle Siding Installation project, GotRot showed us examples of different profiles and colors on similar houses in Seattle, which helped us decide. We went with a mix of horizontal and vertical siding for a modern look. It totally changed the curb appeal. Honestly, get samples in hand and look at them in daylight, colors look different outside. Our neighbors keep asking about it now.
