Has anyone else struggled with a subject that used to seem easy?

Economics was one of my favorite classes at the start of the year but lately I have been finding it really difficult. We were given a major essay last week and no matter how much research I do I cannot seem to organize my ideas properly. Every draft feels confusing and I keep worrying that I am missing important points. Last night I spent hours trying to improve my introduction before finally thinking I wish someone could help me write economics essay sections in a way that actually makes sense. I am putting in the effort but I still feel stuck. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I completely understand that feeling of staring at a blank page and wondering why your ideas won’t come together. I went through the same thing with my own coursework last semester.
