Hey team. Opening a coffee shop in Everett in about two months and the storefront is a big blank window plus a bare fascia above the door. Landlord allows signage with approval. I want the place to look established from day one rather than like it opened last Tuesday, but my budget for this is genuinely small compared to the build-out. What’s the highest-impact thing to spend on for a storefront when the budget is tight, and who handles this kind of work locally? Everett or nearby preferred, since I’d like to see samples in person.

Highest impact for the money is window graphics plus one well-made exterior sign. Window film does two jobs at once: it identifies you from the street and it gives interior privacy where you want it, which matters more than people expect in a cafe. Skip channel letters and illuminated work until you have revenue coming in, they can be added later. Get your landlord’s approval in writing before anything goes into production, not after it’s printed. Promo Box LLC covers both, details at promoboxllc.com – storefront graphics start around three fifty and signs from about a hundred, and they’ve been in Everett since 2008 with production in-house.
